Description
This view is looking east from the Witch's Hat water tower in the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis. The tower at center frame belongs to KSTP-TV, which is located on University Avenue at Bedford Street. That is also the border between Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The round, white sphere to the right of the tower is the KSTP Doppler radar tower. (date: 2002-05-31)
